Zarakan Blues is a live performance, wide spectrum 3-piece Blues/Blues Rock band based in South Lincolnshire. They capture the essence of classics and recent releases in the Blues Rock genre and Blues derivatives with a distinctively tight and full modern Blues sound. 

Zarakan Blues Band delivers an entertaining and varied repertoire of British Blues Rock, American Blues/Blues Rock, Bluesy Soul, Country Blues, mainstream Chart Blues, Slide Guitar Blues and Dirty Swamp Blues. 

Zarakan Blues Band members are regionally well-known music professionals and have been performers of live music over many years in all kinds of settings -  from back street city clubs to military bases, private country estates for royalty, and working through top agencies.

Bringing together a combined playing experience of over 150 years, Zarakan Blues Band comprises: Brian J Harris – bass & lead vocals; Brian Barker – guitars & lead vocals; Ian Tait – drums & backing vocals.

Examples of repertoire range from BB King to Albert King, Robert Cray to Tommy Castro, Cream to Otis Redding and Free to ZZ Top (to name but a few!)
