How to Book

Payment for Tickets
Tickets can be paid for using cash, cheque (made payable to Blackfriars Arts Centre Ltd.) Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Please note that credit or debit card payments carry a charge of 75p per transaction.

Book Tickets Online
If you would prefer to order your tickets online you can now do this through our TicketWeb facility. Just click on Order Your Tickets Online .

Postal Booking
Please give full details of the time and date of the performance. Enclose a cheque or postal order made payable to Blackfriars Arts Centre Ltd. and a stamped addressed envelope.

Concessions
Reduced price tickets are available for some performances for the over 60s and children aged 16 and under.

Email
You can email box office (boxoffice@blackfriarsartscentre.co.uk) with details of the performance you wish to attend, the number of tickets you need and your telephone number. Someone from box office will then call you to book your tickets. Please note that we do not take reservations and your tickets will not be booked until you speak directly to a member of the box office staff.

Disablity Access
Blackfriars have provided spaces for two wheelchairs in the auditorium, please notify the Box Office when booking. If you do not mention when booking that you require wheelchair access we cannot guarantee you a place. Blackfriars' auditorium is fitted with an induction loop. Disabled parking spaces are situated 70 metres away at the top of South Street. There is a drop off point at the main doors, access via Quaker Lane.

Refunds
We are unable to refund money on returned tickets. If an event is sold out we will try to sell unwanted tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production providing the tickets are returned to the theatre at least two working days before the performance they are valid for (subject to availability). A fee of £1 per ticket will be charged.
