Times are hard in Much Muddle-on-the-Marsh, especially when Pru Blossom, the greedy baker, blurts out to King Melvyn that her beautiful daughter, Daisy, can spin pure gold from straw. The treasure obsessed king immediately locks Daisy in the stables, demanding that she turns all the straw around her into the precious metal. Daisy is of course terrified as she has no idea how to complete the task, even Charlie the handsome stable boy cannot console her. All looks doomed until a strange little man, RUMPLESTILTSKIN, appears and offers to help Daisy in return for her necklace. Daisy agrees and by morning the barn glistens and shimmers with pure gold. The King is delighted but instead of congratulating Daisy, he locks her up again with twice as much straw to spin. Here we have the setting for our wonderful Easter Pantomime treat for all children and adults alike. This is the first time that RUMPLESTILTSKIN

BUDDY HOLLY'S WINTER DANCE PARTY recreates the historic last tour of Buddy Holly. Starring MARC ROBINSON ("Stars In Your Eyes" and "The Buddy Holly Story") as Buddy and featuring the country's best Ritchie Valens, Big Bopper and Dion tribute artistes with support from the COUNTERFEIT CRICKETS. This superbly authentic show is packed full of rock and roll hits - 40 songs performed with the same raw energy with which the the original artistes thrilled their audiences. On January 23rd 1959 Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, Ritchie Valens, and Dion and The Belmonts embarked on "The Winter Dance Party Tour" for 3 weeks. By the time they had arrived at Clear Lake, Iowa on February 2nd the tour bus developed heating problems; all on board were tired,cold and fed up. Buddy charted a four seater plane for the next leg of the tour. The performance that night was magical as the fans went wild for their rock and roll heroes. Just a few hours later the plane carrying Holly, Valens and The Big Bopper crashed just outside Mason City. There were no survivors, and so ended an era of music never ever again to be repeated. This is an authentic recreation of that last concert - don't miss it.
