Blackfriars Board of Trustees wish to advise that this years Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 at 7.30pm via Zoom.  
 
All members, volunteers and/or patrons are welcome to attend.
 

Please read the full Blackfriars A.G.M. documents attached on the links below, which give all the information about the meeting:

  • the Agenda for the meeting
  • Nomination of Proxy Vote
  • Nomination of a Director * (deadline Wed 9.9.2020)

 Also included are the minutes of last years A.G.M. (25th September 2019).

*Please note there are four vacancies on the Board of Trustees to be filled.  Please seriously consider putting yourself forward or asking someone who you consider would be asset to the charity. IMPORTANT.   We are sure you will understand, it is impracticable under current social distancing rules to hold the meeting in the Theatre auditorium; so this year the meeting is going to be held by Zoom.

In order to be eligible to vote at the A.G.M. and/or to be nominated as a director of board of trustees you must have paid your membership fee which is £15.
