Blackfriars Theatre AGM - Wednesday 28th September 2022

Blackfriars Board of Trustees wish to advise that this years Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 28th September 2022 at 7.30pm.  
 
This year we are holding the meeting in person at the theatre.
 
All members, volunteers and/or patrons are welcome to attend.

Please read the full Blackfriars A.G.M. documents attached on the links below, which give all the information about the meeting:

  • Nomination of a Director * (deadline Wed 14.9.2022)

 Also included are the minutes of last years A.G.M. (29th September 2021).

*Please note there are three vacancies on the Board of Trustees to be filled.  Please seriously consider putting yourself forward or asking someone who you consider would be asset to the charity. Blackfriars Membership fee:

In order to be eligible to vote at the A.G.M. and/or to be nominated as a director of board of trustees you must have paid your membership fee which is £15.

How to pay your Blackfriars annual membership fee.  

  1. Via online banking - (Preferable if possible) 
    • Account name      : Blackfriars Arts Centre
    • Sort code              :  40-12-30
    • Account number   :  20166189
    • As the reference - please enter ‘Membership’ as the reference and email finance@blackfriarsartscentre.co.uk to advise you have done it. 
       
  2. You can pay by card or paypal on the website by following this link - http://www.blackfriarsartscentre.co.uk/join 
     
  3. You can also pay by sending a cheque, payable to Blackfriars Arts Centre Ltd for £15 to th theatre.  
     
  4. Finally you can of course pop into Blackfriars Mon - Fri between 10am and 1pm or Sat 10am - 2pm and pay one of our volunteers.
